Geography & Geoinformatics. Research focus on spatial systems architectures & spatial analysis, with interests in digital terrain modelling and planning for sustainable societies.
 

Career

 

Studied Geography, Meteorology and Geology with an M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Geography from the University of Vienna, Austria. From 1985 at Salzburg University, teaching and doing research in computer assisted cartography, remote sensing, statistical methods and geographical information systems.
