Z_GIS Seminars
Since 1997 Z_GIS has been offering a regular program of short courses to the general public. These courses are focusing on advanced software applications, education in methodology and GI techniques. The target audience is in-service professionals looking for an opportunity to update their skills and to acquire advanced competence in key areas of geoinformatics in a compact, face-to-face seminar format.
These courses complement other educational opportunities offered by Z_GIS. As all courses carry "Continuing Education Credits" e.g. applicable towards UNIGIS elective subjects, most participants are actively pursuing their individual "LifeLongLearning" agenda by choosing from the course menu subjects of highest current value.
